Synopsis

Using massive piloted robots to combat the alien threat, earth's survivors take the fight to the invading alien force lurking in the depths of the Pacific Ocean. The story follows Raleigh Becket (Charlie Hunnam) and Mako Mori (Rinko Kikuchi) as they pilot a Jaeger to fight the escalating Kaiju threat. The film's standout elements are its spectacular special effects and imaginative creature designs, which make the battles between Jaegers and Kaiju thrilling and immersive. With jaw-dropping action scenes and special effects, Pacific Rim may not have a relevant or memorable human story; but the action scenes with robots and monsters are worth enough to watch.

4K movie. I liked the second half of the film more. Colorful, nice to look at in 3D
