You have a thing from the 80s that needs to be made popular again. What do you do? That's right. Take Fin Wolfhard, add a small town setting in the summertime and put the guy in a ghost hunter costume.

The film, watched without much expectations, proves to be quite entertaining. Thought it is a bit slow in the beginning but overall it is well scripted with good twists, the acting, setup and CGI were all good and quite convincing.

the movie is really good and has several references to the first one, I CRY seeing how old bill murrey is.

The film is super faithful to the legacy left by the franchise's original films. A good way for parents, who were fans of the former, to enjoy with their children a revamped version. The tribute to the actor who died left the film super cute and sensitive. I just found the rhythm a little dragged to the middle and the end running.
