Synopsis

In Imperial Russia, Anna, the wife of the officer Karenin, goes to Moscow to visit her brother. On the way, she meets the charming cavalry officer Vronsky to whom she is immediately attracted. But in St. Petersburg’s high society, a relationship like this could destroy a woman’s reputation.

absolute cinema this idea with "all life is a theater" is totally brilliant, you can savor every second of the film as for the heroes, I feel sorry for Karenina and her husband (although he is a real blockhead, because he did not pay due attention to his wife, although you can write it off to his character, but I don't want to) and Vronsky, well... he is a dumbass, that's who BUT IT'S FILMED, OH GOD in general, I love you tenderly, kiss you, I will write letters and I also had this thought that I would like to live in a similar theater, draw scenery somewhere in the depths of this world

A different shooting technique was used, but I didn't like it at all. Things went so fast that I got confused, and while it's enjoyable in most movies, it just pisses me off. I barely got to the end of the movie.

Devil whispered “Watch it today on Neftlix! Spend your saturday this way!” I really dont know why i did it, i was so much frustrated and dissapointed, especially during first hour. I dont believe Kira, i am sorry. I dont believe woman who can leave Jude Law. Who’s the *** was an actor who played Vronsky? Why was he curly blond tall guy? Is he prince charming? I personally think that original plot must prevail! My imagination collapsed. 3 stars only because of brilliant costumes and good idea with decoration and theatrical scenes.
