An interesting story based on real events. Russell Crowe for his first horror movie is compelling. However, the make-up is badly done, the possessed child plays very badly. The film goes too fast and it almost becomes a parody. Lack of suspense. The pacing is wrong in this movie.
Raters
The film feels like a buddy cop movie, except instead of cops, we have two priests investigating corruption within the establishment. One of them is a grizzled veteran with a troubled past, while the other is a young and inexperienced rookie.
While it may not be for everyone, the chemistry between the two is fantastic, and the humor is on point.
